ABOUT THE ACNE PROGRAM

There is plenty of education involved in the consultation process, strict home care is designed for you and your skin type.
By-weekly treatments are done to help with the process of achieving clear skin. Acne can take 3-6 months to clear, this is because bacteria can sit underneath the the skin for 90 days before finally coming to the surface. With consistent treatments and a strict home care routine we can guarantee that your skin will start clearing in no time.
Our Acne Program requires a purchase of products specifically formulated to treat acne and acne prone skin. You can expect to pay $150-$200 at your consultation appointment for your first set of home care products that will be used daily. These products can last up to 2-3 months when used as directed.
Follow-up appointments and treatments for our holistic aesthetic services are scheduled every two weeks until the skin is clear. Treatments vary depending on skin type as well as severity. Chemical Peels and Acne Hydrating Treatments are done every two weeks at the follow-up appointments to address acne, skin texture, skin tone, scarring, as well as the skin's overall appearance and health. Extractions are to be expected when participating in the Free Spirit Esthetics Acne Program
Disclaimer: Please discontinue use of all active products that contain Glycolic, Salicylic, or Retinols 2 weeks prior to treatment. Accutane: must have discontinued use within the last 12 months to start the Acne Program.

During this consultation there will be a skin sensitivity test done with active product ingredients to help start your journey to clear skin. A home care regimen will be tailored to your skin type, and we recommend booking your first acne treatment two weeks from your initial consultation visit.

VIRTUAL ACNE CONSULTATION
Starting your journey to clear skin.
There is plenty of education involved in the consultation process, strict home care is designed for you and your skin type. A home care regimen will be tailored to your skin type, & acne severity. We will go over what acne is, how to treat it, diet & lifestyle considerations that contribute to acne. This is a virtual consultation & can be done over Facetime or Zoom. Follow ups are included free of charge in the acne program every two weeks till acne is clear after purchasing home care products.

ACNE CONSULTATION + TREATMENT

With the addition of your Acne Consultation you will also receive your first treatment giving you a head start on your clear skin journey. We will go over the Acne Consultation Packet together, learning all there is to know about acne, acne aggravators, and how we plan to treat it. You can expect an Acne Hydrating Treatment at your first appointment as well as product recommendations for home care based on the skin type and severity.

ACNE TREATMENT
Continuing on your journey to clear skin.
For our Acne Program clients. Once you have scheduled your Acne Consultation you will receive treatments bi-weekly to maintain any acne coming to the surface of the skin while getting clear. This treatment can be customized depending on the skin type & severity. Chemical Peels or Enzyme Masks may be used during these treatments. Photos will be taken to watch the progression of the skin. Skin analysis and extractions are to always be expected.

Upon your arrival to your first Acne Consultation we will start by reviewing your Online Client Questionnaire that you had previously filled out when booking your appointment, together we will discuss diet, lifestyle, current skin care regimen, past treatments, medications, and more.

Your Esthetician will star by analyzing your skin and acne severity to get a better understanding of which personalized products will be best for your home care regimen.
Your Esthetician will also be taking photos of your skin to track your progress in the upcoming months. Photos are very important when it comes to seeing results. We typically do not notice our skin changing on a daily basis, this is because we see it every day. That being said, a picture is worth a thousand words and most times we are at a loss of words when we see how far our skin has come in such a short amount of time!
SKIN SENSITIVITY TEST

We will start by doing a "Skin Sensitivity Test" to find out which serum is best for you and your skin. This serum is the key to achieving clear skin because of its exfoliating properties and has been considered literal "liquid gold in a bottle".

You have made it through the consultation process and learned everything there is to know about acne. You have received your home care products and regimen, now it is your time to shine. It is your time to take the health and wellness of your skin into your hands. After your initial consultation you will start your Home Care Regimen that night if you did not choose to have a treatment. If you chose to have a treatment you will start your regimen the following morning.
We will schedule your next acne treatment two weeks out and look forward to experiencing this journey with you.
